Introduction:
Sodium Alginate,a kind of polysaccharide,is extracted from brown algae,which is a kind of natural material.Weak aciduric effect,it’s easy to form gel and the loss the stabilizing effect of thickening in the low pH environment.
Aciduric Sodium Alginate (FA series),is modified with special process,which can withstand pH<3 acidity,has excellent acid resistance,very prominent thickening effect stability strong.
