Product Description
Silica gel is a granular, vitreous, porous form of silicon dioxide made synthetically from sodium silicate. Silica gel contains a nano-porous silica micro-structure, suspended inside of a liquid. Most applications of silica gel require it to be dried, in which case it is called silica xerogel. For practical purposes, silica gel is often interchangeable with silica xerogel. Silica xerogel is tough and hard; it is more solid than common household gels like gelatin or agar. It is a naturally occurring mineral that is purified and processed into either granular or beaded form. As a desiccant, it has an average pore size of 2.4 nanometers and has a strong affinity for water molecules.

Usage of orange silica gel
Orange Spherical Silica Gel (Color-variable SG)
In the form of spherical or irregularly-shaped grains, the gel is currently presented orange or yellow. With silicon dioxide as the chief ingredient, the product performs all the functions of blue silica gel but does not contain cobalt chloride and is therefore innocuous and pollution-free, and its color varies as humidity changes
Mainly for drying and indicating humidity of precision instruments, medicine, petrol chemicals, foodstuff, clothing, leather, electric appliances, musical instruments, other industrial gases, etc
Put proper amounts in a suitable container or package and set the container or package where drying or humidity indication is needed. This gel can be used independently or in combination with other types of silica gel. After changing color as a result of absorbing dampness, the gel can be reused after heating to change back to its pre-use color. Heating is most suitable between 100-120 degrees.
The color can be changed to green or white.
